Shipping Policy

Cacao Ítaca Craft Chocolate Co. typically ships orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays via USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days in transit). Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Chocolate is temperature-sensitive. During periods of warm or very cold temperatures, we may adjust shipping dates, add insulation, upgrade shipping methods, or briefly delay shipment to help ensure your product arrives in good condition.

We recommend retrieving packages promptly upon delivery, especially during extreme weather conditions.

If your order arrives damaged or out of temper, please email jim@cacaoitaca.com within 7 days of arrival at the requested delivery address. In nearly all cases, we will offer a refund or replacement to ensure your satisfaction.
