Returns & Refunds

At Cacao Ítaca Craft Chocolate Co., we stand behind the quality of every bar we make.

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept physical returns. However, if your chocolate arrives damaged, out of temper, or you are not satisfied for any reason, please email jim@cacaoitaca.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a brief description of the issue.

In almost all cases, we will offer a refund or replacement to ensure you are fully satisfied.

All chocolate leaves our facility properly tempered and inspected. Chocolate is sensitive to heat and environmental conditions; once in the customer’s possession, bloom or temper changes may occur due to storage conditions outside our control. Cosmetic bloom does not affect safety or flavor.

Our goal is simple: if you're not happy, we’ll make it right.
